It doesn’t take children long to find their sleeping place when they first see Björkbacken’s camping cabins. And there is certainly something special about our cabins, which have been specially designed for the people who dominate tourism in Vimmerby: the children.

The loft has space for two mattresses which, along with the two bunk beds, means that this cabin can sleep six people. The loft has a security gate that parents can close if they are feeling worried about the safety of their small ones. A small detail that shows that we care about all our guests – both large and small. Including the loft, this cabin measures 16.5 square metres.
Quilts and pillows for six people are provided. Sheets and towels are not included. Sheets and towels can be rented at a cost of 175 SEK/set. Please order your sheets and towels when you make your booking.

Every cabin has a veranda with a roof. This means that our guests can enjoy some shade on sunny days and can still sit outside, despite the rain, when the weather takes a turn for the worse.

BBQ area

Between the caravan site and the cabin village there is a large stone BBQ, with two smaller BBQs in the picturesque forest grove. Here you will also find water and an electricity supply. Split logs provide seating. The BBQ area is well-lit and can be freely used by guests staying at the camping site and the cabin village.

The area has two refuse stations as well as facilities for the sorting of glass and other refuse.

At night the camping area is monitored by Securitas guards from time to time.
