Simon, head chef, and Mathias, sous chef, have worked in various types of restaurants around Sweden - everything from fine restaurants and the Nobel dinner to small pizzerias and school kitchens. Our food is rustic but also modern and to some extent influenced by international gastronomy. Together we have big visions and clear goals for the rustic kitchen.

The parameters we strive for in our restaurant are high quality of ingredients, taste, seasons and the guest's wishes. That the food is prepared from scratch is an obvious choice to us. That way the food tastes the best and you know what it is you eat.

The overall experience we want to offer through our cooking is something we are proud of!

Autumn, spring and winter

Here we serve lunch on weekdays and arrange various types of events linked to a gastronomic experience.

Summer

Here we serve lunch, à la carte and a children's buffet - really good options for both our younger and older guests. During summer we also have a nanny who plays and does crafts with your children at the playroom on the hotel's second floor. Fun for the kids while the parents can enjoy their dinner in peace!
The nanny service is offered for children over 3 years old.
